Where do you deliver and how long it might take?

We deliver across all Europe, and it takes up to 5 working days. The delivery time depends on a specific country. If your country is not on the delivery list, please feel free to contact us by email at hello@zoze.shop. When your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to track your delivery.

Yes! We have opened pick up point located at Vienybės aikštė, K. Donelaičio st. 60, Kaunas, Lithuania. Please wait for a notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation number & ID card will be needed for pickup. Opening hours: Monday - Friday 10:30 - 18:30.

On orders of €25 or more, we offer free delivery within the European Union. For orders up to €25, the standard shipping costs €3.99. Also, we have a pick-up point located at Vienybės aikštė, K. Donelaičio st. 60, Kaunas, Lithuania.

The order can be paid for with credit or debit bank cards and by making a direct transfer to a bank account. 

How can I apply for an exchange or refund?

Any item which you are not completely satisfied with or does not fit as expected can be exchanged or refunded. To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. The item needs to be of unused condition and with undamaged packaging. Fill this form to request an exchange or refund.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes! We use recycled cardboard boxes for packaging. We review all of our operations constantly to make them more environmentally friendly 💚

Do you refund delivery charges?

In some cases, your delivery charge will be refunded, for example if your entire order was faulty or the goods arrived damaged. You can read more in our Terms and Conditions.
