Kaip galiu atsiskaityti už prekes?

Už savo užsakymą galite susimokėti kredito arba debito kortele, taip pat, naudojantis PayPal sistema, atliekant pavedimą į mūsų banko sąskaitą Payseroje, arba grynaisiais pinigais (grynaisiais tik užsakymams atsiėmimui).

Ar galiu grąžinti prekes?

Jeigu nesate patenkinti savo užsakymu, prekes galite grąžinti, arba pakeisti bet kuriuo kitu patikusiu daiktu. Siekiant, kad galėtumėte grąžinti prekę, ji turi būti nauja, nepažeista pakuote, nenaudota, bei grąžinta mums per 14 dienų. Turime pažymėti, jog prekes turite grąžinti per bet kurį paštomatą esantį Kauno Akropolyje, savo kaštais.

Do you refund delivery charges?

In some cases, your delivery charge will be refunded, for example if your entire order was faulty or the goods arrived damaged. You can read more in our T&C.

Where do you deliver and how long it might take?

We deliver across all Europe, and it takes up to 5 working days. The delivery time depends on a specific country. If your country is not on the delivery list, please feel free to contact us by email at hello@zoze.shop. When your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to track your delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

In Lithuania we offer free shipping for orders over 15€. On orders of 25 €or more, we offer free delivery within the European Union. Otherwise for the standard shipping costs 3.99€. Also, we have a pick-up point located at Vienybės aikštė, K. Donelaičio st. 60, Kaunas, Lithuania, you can take your order for free. To other countries shipping costs are 6,99€ for DPD Home Delivery.
